This eLearning course was designed to improve customer ratings for a (fictitious) travel company, Voyages by CC, by improving travel agents' knowledge of the most visited museums in Paris, France. The goal was to better pair client's preferences with museum choices thereby providing an improved travel experience which would boost the company's museum match rate and return its overall rating to 5/5 stars.

This comprehensive design project addresses the falling museum match ratings of a travel company that specializes in European travel, specifically budget travel for small groups and couples. The primary goal is to provide training to the new-to-Paris travel agents as well as to provide a "refresher" course for all agents. This module supplies the audience with the knowledge required to properly pair museums with the clients' preferences.
