The problem: Voyages be CC, a budget travel company, hired five new travel agents due to a 40% increase in travel. However, customer feedback reveals that the company's satisfaction rating has fallen from a preferred service level (5/5 stars) to a standard level (4/5 stars) due to a lower museum-to-client preference match rating.
Target audience: Agents hired within the past six months who are unfamiliar with the city of Paris and its museums.
The goal: After this course, Voyages by CC will see a steady increase in the museum match rating, returning to 5 out of 5 stars within six months based on client post-travel surveys, and a return to an overall preferred travel company service level within eight months post training.

The problem: New employees, especially young adults being hired for the first time, often do not fully comprehend their employer-sponsored benefits. A one-day informational meeting does not provide enough time for new hires to grasp how these benefits can serve them best.
The goal: After this course, new employees will know what their employer-sponsored benefits are and how to best use them in order to receive their maximum benefit.
